Inspired by Victorian botanical pressed flowers and 17th century Dutch paintings; flowers and leaves that have grown in my garden or foraged for in the surrounding countryside are photographed. Layers of rich colours and textural tones are then added to create wondrous and vibrant floral designs. Printed onto velvets and cottons and made into cushions, lampshades, scarves, gifts and prints.
