Important Information
This form is to apply for our MINI MADE Markets at Atelier Beside The
Sea.
Each month we will show around 22 Makers throughout the 3 arches at Atelier
Beside The Sea (and outside if weather permits).
Applications will be ongoing but if you wish to take part in any of the spring
markets we suggest that you apply before the start of March.
A selection will be made by the middle of March. We will look again at applications
every month to fill any spaces.
There will be a deposit requested of £25 per show – this is payable on
acceptance but will be refunded when you attend MINI MADE. (if you don’t
turn up or cancel then the deposit is retained).
Although there is no upfront fee to take part in MINI MADE we are asking for a
commission payment of 20% on sales at the show.
Exhibitors will each get a table, black table cover, and 100w equivalent LED
anglepoise lamp. If you wish to bring your own display that’s fine (6ftx2.5ft
max).
There will be a Mini Made online gallery on the website for all the makers taking
part in 2024 (rather than an individual gallery per show).
Access to the gallery by car is possible (but not recommended) before 11.00am. The
road closes and gates are locked at 11.00am until 6.00am the next day. There is a
loading bay on the north side of Kings Road at the junction with Middle Street, then
a short walk down the ramp to the gallery. You can set up from 9.00am and the
gallery and the market opens at 11.00. Pack up is from 4.00pm.
We expect makers to help publicise the market they will be attending, by posting on
social media, distributing flyers, and emailing customers.
